Fortunately the Army school in Louisiana was strictly day operations. Since it was a basic leader course, nothing too complex was done. I did take a Cyclop with me, which is part of my standard kit; never know when that will come in handy.

I kind of understand how the mount works. From what I can figure out, the mount base bolts onto the Norotos arm with the corresponding screw holes.

What is confusing for me is the the ring part. Where does it attach on the PNV? The middle bar? That seems to thin according to my measurements.

The SLDASM file in eDrawings Viewer says the ring diameter is about 23mm, but the middle bar on the PNV seems closer to 12mm.

Regardless, it looks like a simple, but effective mount adapter. I'm going to contact some local machine shops on Monday to build a prototype. Maybe once I have one made, I can figure out how it works.

I plan on mounting it on my Army issue ACH.

The file is intended for CNC machining. But I can modify it for 3d printing, just need to make some parts thicker.
I'll upload it later today and explain how it works!

Which helmet are you using by the way?
